Are there setup fees?
No. Onboarding, EHR integration, payer enrollment, and team training are included. The first invoice arrives the month after go-live.
What about credentialing and audit defense?
Both are opt-in and scoped into your quote — we walk through exactly what they cost on the call, with no surprises later.
Can pricing change as I grow?
Yes — we revisit your scope at every annual renewal as your provider count and volume move. No re-contracting.
Can I leave?
Yes. 30 days' notice. We give you continuous export of your data, a final hand-off package, and a 30-day data return guarantee.
